2024-2025 Application Fee (Non-refundable) Annually

Students Registering after February 28th $150.00
New Student Testing Fee (Third -Twelfth only) $35.00
*Non-Abeka curriculum students will test on math, reading, and grammar.

*Every student who does not receive the Folds of Honor or NC Opportunity Scholarship will receive a $500 grant from JCA.
Please Note: Payments are broken down into ten installments beginning on August 1st ending May 1st. Each tuition Payment is due on the first day of each month. Bills not paid by the fifteenth will be assessed a late fee of $30.00. If the Account becomes delinquent (not paid within thirty days) it will be necessary for your child(ren) to be suspended from school until proper payments have been received. All book fee are due July 1st and late after the 15th.

Insufficient Funds Fee $20.00
A fee charged, per return, to accounts when a check is returned for insufficient funds
Curriculum (Book) Fees by Grade Level
The book fee is for the textbooks, additional educational materials, and standardized testing for students. This fee varies by grade. (Books fees are due by July 1)

Fee per sport for Sixth- Twelfth graders who participate in sports $100.00
*Athletes must pay for a maximum of 4 sports per year. Fees are due by the tournament for that sport, or they will be ineligible to play until payment is received.
Fundraiser Requirement (Conqueror Discount Card) 10 cards per child-up to 2 children per family $100.00/$200.00
